Sponsorship Policy
- All sponsorship proposals or intentions to make approaches to potential sponsors must be endorsed by the President and preferably by FAMS, which will submit any uncertain or contentious issues to the full Board.
- Sponsorship will not be considered from organisations whose aims are incompatible with those of IPANZ
- Sponsorship opportunities will be offered first to IPANZ corporate members
- By agreement, exclusive sponsorship rights may be given to a series of events, or to a single event
- The Institute reserves the right to reach sponsorship agreements with more than one corporate member from the same field, provided that there is no inherent conflict of interest, and an existing sponsor has had first refusal
What we can offer sponsors
- Use of logo on printed material such as flyers
- Acknowledgment on website in relation to the event
- Inclusion on the website list of IPANZ sponsors, with use of logo
- Thanks in the chair’s introduction to the event
- Opportunity to display a banner/poster
- Networking at the event
- Opportunity to propose the vote of thanks
- Invitation to the annual Awards ceremony
- Acknowledgment in the Annual Report
