Caroline Park - “New Zealand Marine Fisheries: Devolution, Self-Governance and Other Service Delivery Models”. Caroline is Deputy Section Chief for Sustainable Fisheries at the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, US Department of Commerce, in Maine and has been based as an Axford Fellow at the Ministry of Primary Industries.
