Whatever agency you look at, in the private, public and NGO sectors you will know that the internal culture is strongly shaped by the vision, the values, purpose and operating environment of each one. The context, the environment, in which they exist powerfully influences their culture.

In this session we had Nicole Rosie, Chief Executive of Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and Dr Kathie Irwin who is currently on Secondment to the Office of the Children's Commissioner as the Chief Advisor Māori, explore the context and drivers which shape Public Service agency culture.
